    Instructional Designer

    Our client at Ft Gordon, GA is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will work on a project team which consists of SME’s, Curriculum Developers, and Multi-Media Developers with the purpose of designing structured training solutions for the Warfighter Information Network – Tactical (WIN-T) systems.

    In this role you will:

       Use the ADDIE development model, the TRADOC 350-70 training development regulations, the Army Learning Concept, adult learning theory, and sound instructional strategies to create and maintain efficient and effective task based training solutions

       Review training requirements to analyze the target audience, develop task analysis reports, create observable and measurable learning objectives, select methods of instruction, media, instructional strategies, and assessment strategies to create sound lesson designs

       Be responsible for accurately entering training content into the Army’s Training Development Capability (TDC) database for customer review and approval and will make content and design revisions as required

       Develop lesson content and materials, to include lesson plans, student assessments, quick reference guides, instructor guides, student guides, handouts, job aids, and eBooks

       Develop storyboards and work closely with multi-media and technical training developers to create graphics, interactive multimedia instruction, web-based training content, computer-based training materials, and simulations

       Maintain all current classroom curriculum, deliver  train-the-trainer instruction, evaluation of student performance and content effectiveness in the classroom

       Successfully communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with the instructional design project manager, the training supervisors, technical developers, multimedia specialists, customers, instructors, subject matter experts, and management on a daily basis

     Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering or the equivalent experience is required. In addition, a minimum of 1 year of directly related experience is required. A minimum of 2-5 years of directly related experience is preferred.

     Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
