ISPI Central Florida Chapter

Want to be recognized for producing measurable results using a systematic process? ISPI can help you differentiate yourself from the competition through the Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) certification. The ISPI Central Florida Chapter is launching its Mentoring Program January 15th.

For years, employers and clients requested standards and criteria to help them distinguish practitioners. In response, the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) launched the CPT designation in 2002, the first - and only - performance improvement credential in existence.
The CPT designation, highly prized by employers all over the world and considered the industry‚Äôs premiere certification, is considered more rigorous than most professional credentials because it is based on repeatable, proven work.

To qualify for credentialing, you will need to identify at least three projects that demonstrate accomplishment of the first four ISPI Standards and provide a minimum of three examples for all ten Standards that either a client or supervisor can attest to as part of your application. Detailed instructions, suggestions, the CPT Standards and Code of Ethics, and fee schedule are included in the application package, and the CPT Candidate Handbook.
While Membership in ISPI or the completion of a formal training or education program is not required for certification, joining ISPI when submitting your application allows you to apply at the member rate. Once certified, Performance Improvement Professionals must apply for Recertification every three years.
Now the Central Florida Chapter is teaming up with potential certification candidates to provide a distinctive service for professionals who have demonstrated worthy performance. Professionals interested in participating in the mentoring program will be able to partner with experienced performance professionals. The mentoring program begins on January 15th at the Chapter meeting and will continue throughout the year. Mentoring groups will meet before each regular Chapter meeting during the typical networking time starting at 6 p.m. Join us to take your career to next level.
