Description: 

Jack was asked by the program committee for the ISPI International Conference to repeat his very successful session on performance improvement tools at 3 consecutive Conferences. The Central Florida Chapter will experience this same program which includes a series of interactive exercises that teach managers and senior leaders how to maximize the time spent in all meetings and 1-1 interactions when the focus is on performance improvement.

The program will be a series of exercises that immerse the audience into the tools that provide trainers, managers and performance improvement professionals with the power to collect, digest and present accurate performance data to senior leadership.  A handout with instructions will be available the night of the program.

Dr. Wolf's book will be available after the session that contains the directions on how to perform these diagnostic methods with in-person and distance audiences as well as the remainder of his 365 tools for performance improvement.
 
Performance Objectives:

  1. Five creative tools that allow you to collect accurate performance data in person or by distance methods.
  2. Performance professions will have a set of creative/interactive/accurate tools to diagnose performance gaps and structure the data in a clear format that can be digested easily and prepared for presentation.
  3. Results/outcome focus, Develop partnership with clients, Gather accurate data, Analyze the data and Present the data in a clear and understandable manner.

Speaker Bio:

For over 30 years, Dr. Jack Wolf has designed, presented and consulted with large and small organizations around the World about the performance improvement of employees, culture, communication, and performance results.  Wolf  designed programs for GE, HBO, Starbucks, FedEx Leadership Institute, United Way, John Hancock, AIG and is currently consulting for Sirius XM in the U.S., Philippines, and Panama.

Dr. Wolf often presents at International Conferences on performance, learning, training, and communication.  His programs were highly received at ISPI, ASTD, Million Dollar Round Table, International Alliance for Learning, The Principles and Supervisors Association, and The Financial Planning Institute.  In addition, he has worked for the Governments of Turkey, Hong Kong, and Singapore on the topic of Managers as Performance Improvement and  Internal Consultants.

His book, Powerful Presentation Techniques, contains 365 tools for the performance practitioner to use with internal and external clients when the goal is to obtain accurate data from employees, customers, and internal stakeholders. 

When training trainers and managers to become performance partners, the U.S. Olympic Coaches Association and the National Education Association used Wolf’s book exclusively.

Jack has a PhD in management as well as a CPT,  CLU,  and ChFC certifications from the Society of Financial Advisors.  Certified in Learning Styles from St. John’s University,  Wolf presents frequently at accelerated learning conferences on training and performance design.  He co-designed leadership coursework for GE Energy and the new United Way Leadership Boot Camp now offered to all UW centers around the World.

Jack lives in Bradenton, Florida with his wife.  He has five grandchildren and enjoys his time being a kid again!
