SESSION INFORMATION:

Whether constructing a new building or renovating an historic structure, the architect’s approach, considerations, models, and client interactions have much in common with the work of the performance improvement professional. Come share selected evidence-based models and tools that help us integrate the Worker, Work, and Workplace to improve performance in organizations. Engage in a lively interchange of ideas and practical solutions to vexing challenges. You’ll come away with proven techniques you can try right away to produce stellar results.

 

TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • Use the Landscape model as an Architectural guide to design and align performance

  • Shift client conversations from training to performance using the Performance Map

  • Perform a reality check for performance improvement projects using the RSVP+ principles

 

SPEAKER BIO:

Dr. Roger M. Addison, CPT, is an internationally respected practitioner of Human Performance Technology (HPT) and performance consulting, and is the founder of Addison Consulting. Roger is a past president of ISPI and received ISPI's highest award, Member for Life. He is the recipient of numerous other ISPI awards including the Gilbert and Rummler Awards and Outstanding Communication. As an international delegate, Roger has presented and worked in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Roger is on the faculty of the ISPI Principles and Practices Institute.

Directions:

JetBlue University is located at 8265 Hangar Blvd., Orlando, FL 32827. JetBlue U is situated on the NE area of the Orlando Int'l. Airport property. Take 528 to Goldenrod Rd. and go South. Take the first right, on to Cargo Rd. Take the next right, on to Hangar Blvd. Take the second entrance on the right, to enter the JetBlue U facility. At the gate, buzz the receptionist and let them know you're here for the ISPI event. They will raise the gate and you can proceed through. Turn to the left and park anywhere there is an open spot.
