Selecting the appropriate data to not only justify and validate your projects, programs, interventions, and resources, but to also continuously improve them throughout their life cycle has never been more important. This interactive program will provide you with clear guidance to help you select the right success measures, and apply them to measurably manage and improve performance. Participants will walk away with valuable tools they can use to make sure they always have the evidence they need to validate their efforts to stakeholders, and themselves. This session will provide participants with specific recommendations for how to ensure that performance dashboards provide the evidence required to support effective decision-making about how, why, and when to improve performance. The alignment of various levels of results and performance indicators will be discussed, and visual examples will be provided.
