"Align your On-boarding to the Performance Competence Requirements of the job and improve performance quicker, reduce turnover and get more return for your investments!" Guy Wallace will be speaking about Curriculum Architecture Design (CAD). CAD projects are undertaken for the most critical target audiences only. They produce "performance-based" Training or Learning Paths, Planning Guides - and priorities for all of the Curriculum's gaps and maintenance needs. This then leads to guided RAPID Development - where the Analysis and Design have already been done! These proven efforts lead to a modular curriculum - not a curriculum of modules.

JetBlue University is located at 8265 Hangar Blvd., Orlando, FL 32827. JetBlue U is situated on the NE area of the Orlando Int'l. Airport property. Take 528 to Goldenrod Rd. and go South. Take the first right, on to Cargo Rd. Take the next immediate right, on to Hangar Blvd. Take the second entrance on the right, to enter the JetBlue U facility. At the gate, buzz the receptionist and let them know you're here for the ISPI event. They will raise the gate and you can proceed through. Turn to the left and park anywhere there is an open spot.
