Thursday,  September 13th, 2018

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Location:  Virtual

Join us on September 13th for a live webinar with Brenda Meli, ISPI Central Florida Chapter President. She will answer fundamental questions about critical actions you can take to address the major human capital challenges facing organizations today.

Program Description:

In today’s organizations HR, OD, talent development, and performance improvement professionals are faced with hard financial and workplace performance accountability challenges. To survive, we must transition into human and organization performance improvement professionals that executives value and listen to when developing and implementing strategic human capital plans.

During this webinar, you will learn three actions you can take to position yourself as a human and organization performance improvement professional ready to address human capital challenges. You will learn how to:

1. Recognize the forces that organizations consider critical when crafting a strategic human capital plan.

2. Align human performance improvement strategies with organizational human capital strategies using big data analytics to implement needs-driven, results-focused solutions.

3. Shift from the traditional practices of the past to improve our capabilities that meet human capital challenges.
