What makes the principles and practices of performance improvement unique? How does performance improvement differ from Six/Lean Sigma, Organizational Development, Training and Development, or other methodologies that organizations use to improve their performance outcomes? How is the introduction of big data performance analytics transforming our ability to improve and sustain workplace performance and why it this capability a top priority for executives?  How can you become a credible performance improvement practitioner who knows how to give executives and key stakeholders what they want: measurable, sustainable, worthy results?

With today’s highly competitive job market and current employment uncertainties, all of us must continue to invest in ourselves to develop our skill sets and grow our network of contacts to remain relevant, valued, and connected.
You will learn how to assess gaps in your professional development plan by answering the following questions:
What’s all the fuss about Performance Improvement?
Why should I care?

How do Performance Improvement professionals think differently?
How can I add big data performance analytics to my list of value-added capabilities that executives around the globe are expecting to see us provide?

How can adding Performance Improvement skill sets increase my value and marketability?

This is a meeting you don’t want to miss!
