Overview:

Join us on March 19, 2015 for an event with Dr. Roger Kaufman, a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with the International Society for Performance Improvement and need assessment guru.
Description:

My mother used to tell me that ‘the road to hell is paved with good intentions.’ And so it is with needs assessment and strategic planning. Being well-meaning is not enough. You have to assure that what to do comes before the how-to-do-its.  This session is about the self-defeating-- if well-intentioned approaches-- will get you in trouble. And how to do what is right in the first place.
